ADODVS is the oldest amateur acting group of The Hague, founded in 1897, (see for more at www.adodvs.nl)
Old doesn't mean traditional. The twenty players of ADODVS go for physical acting, no decor and well, violence in plays is appreciated. As a character in a play once said "ahhh violence, so much better than hurting someone with words" ADODVS plays "Sterf De Moord", or "Die Killing" . It's the 50 minutes story of four old ladies waiting for the boat. One is deaf, one is blind, one is deaf-mute and one is cripled. Their age and handicaps didn't turn them into nice old ladies.
Oh no. The big question therefor is: will the boat be on time?
ADODVS is most grateful that we can rehearse and play in the artist loft at the Christoffel Plantijnstraat 254.
